Aluminum or zinc alloy enclosures in die casting process

Enclosures in electrical application or medical or Lab usage, can be developed exactly per the designs, 
in aluminium or zinc alloy in die casting process. All the dimensions and features can be well kept.
Meanwhile, the required surface treatment, like powder coating, anodized, polished, Chrome plated, etc
all can be strictly met.



Other parts like the plate with through holes, ring with threaded holes, hub with machined surfaces
and holes for the water drain, T connetor, T support for the scaffolding system, etc, all can be 
made in aluminum casting.

According to the requirement, some die casting parts are needed to heat treat, some are not, per the 
specific application situation of each part. After heat treatment, the strength of the part will
be stronger, and it will be more wear resistent and gain longer lifespan.
