Lost-wax casting preferred method for stainless steel parts

We specialize in development and manufacture of stainless steel lost-wax casting, also called investment casting, 
and are equipped to produce castings from the small part around 0.020 kg, up to 100+kg.
The normal affordable materials are the 300 series, like 304, 304L, 316, 316L, etc.





Stainless steel lost-wax castings can achieve high levels of corrosion and abrasion resistance without machining
or plating, making it one of the most investment casting-friendly metals available. The stainless steel casting process
results in very little waste and is often the preferred method for avoiding the high costs of material.

Some commen heat treatment techniques for stainless steel parts are : solution annealing, induction hardening,
quenching, tempering, aging, carbonizing, case hardening, etc, applied per the different hardness requirement of 
the parts.

part is met the required specification, and our technical engineers can take fast correction action when needed.
