Lost-wax silica sol casting - investment casting process for tubes

Stainless steel exhaust pipes developed and manufactured according to the drawings or designs, 
are mass produced in lost-wax silica sol casting process. They can gain very good quality of surfaces,
meanwhile less machining work is needed, which makes it very competitive at the budget.



The commen used materials are the stainless steel 300 series, like 304, 316,316L, as well as the carbon
steel, like GS 38, 35# steel, 45# steel, etc. The special alloy steel are available too.
But that needs to customize per the specific chemical composition and mechanical properties.

Components or assembly units used for different machinery & equipment, for lots of industries, can be 
effectively made under the models, and casting with or without machining. Like the spare parts for the
automotive field, power supply industry, water meters, flow meters, flanges for the pipes, exhaust pipes,
etc.
