Fully automatic wax shooting machines introduced for big quantity parts

Henan Highlywell has successfully introduced 6 fully automatic wax shooting machines. Lost-wax casting, also called investment casting or precision casting, normally it includes two processes, one is silica sol process, with very good quality of the surface, and better precision of the dimensions, also without too much machining, another is soluble glass or water glass process, which is the normal traditional way for the parts without too requirement of the surface and dimensions.

Our factory has been in this industry for years, from the old modelling way by hand, to the sefi-automatic way, now at the new height of the completely automatic way of modelling.  Modelling by machine, not only the efficiency be enhanced, labor working be less, but also the consistency of the quality, and timely delivery can be kept. Of course, one factor also should be considered, that is the cost to operate the machines. If the quantity is too small, then it is not economical to produce by this way. At present, we're producing orders for the biggest air conditioner manufacturer of China - Gree, the balancing block for the compressor on air conditioner. The normal monthly quantity is about 300,000 pcs.
