Auto exhaust manifold in aluminium alloy, made in gravity die casting process. There are some manifolds, which
have many complex cavities, and can only be made in this casting process.
At good knowledge and rich experience of the workers, the sand models are well done, which assures the good
casting, and the success of the product.
After casting, other processes needed too, like grinding the gates, clean up the additional uneven, etc, then sand blast and
get the finished casting part, then machine per requirements on the drawings.
