The valve components made in aluminium alloy in gravity die casting process, with a better budget of the mold
cost, and the samples can be available within a short period. 
Gravity Die Casting is a permanent mould casting process, that produces very high quality surface finishes with
thin walls and cast-in inserts, so intricate shapes can be cast rapidly and little subsequent machining is required.

For the not highly required surfaces, it is not necessarily to make the CNC machining. 
Of course, we're well equipped of the CNC machining equipments, and inspection tools etc, so we prefer to
making delivery in finished parts or units.
