Die cast aluminum base plate

Die cast aluminum base plate, OEM developed per the drawings from customers globally. Die casting process
includes high pressure and low pressure die casting, and high pressure die casting is the most used process. 



The applied materials can be ADC 12, AlSi12, A380, A356 T6, etc, and other nominated or specified.
Die casting process has the advantages of better accuracy, less machining, and high good production rate.
One model normally can produce 30,000 pcs to 50,000 pcs, or even more under good maintanance.

The displayed die cast aluminum base plate, is for our US customer. And mass production is now going
on. We make strict inspection from raw material to the final finished parts. We not only can customize 
the components, but also can make the assembly packed in our factory.
