First batch delivery for ASTM A 148 105-85 precision casting

We've just finished the production and delivery for the first batch order for our US customer. The required
material is the special alloy steel in standard - ASTM A 148 105-85, with high requirement of the tensile
strength and yield strength, and it needs to heat treated twice to achieve the required mechanical properties.




During the production of the samples, we made test bars, to test the mechanical properties per the request.
And all the achieved data were within the scope of the required values.

The heat treatment, CNC machining were all strictly controlled during the production, result in high rate of the 
good parts. We're specialized in custom-made special required parts for years, so either similar parts, or  other
smaller or bigger parts, either in standard normal materials, or specially required materials, all can be developed
and mass produced in our factory.
