Hardware tools made in investment casting process

Hardware tools, either the components or the assemblies, in material of stainless steel, carbon steel, are suitable 
in mass production in lost-wax investment casting. After creating one pair of model, then thousands of pieces will
be made with the consistent quality and appearance. Thus makes the cost very economical comparing with other
processes.





Components for the hardware tools, like spanners, 4-way handles, hinges, hooks, and other automotive spare parts,
are precision cast and machined per the specific drawing or design from customers.

The weight we can produce ranging from 0.01 kg to 100 kg, with tolerance from 0.2 mm to 1.0 mm ;
Casting surface roughness can reach Ra 1.6 - Ra 3.2 per request.
We have the machining equipments like CNC machines, machining centers of 3 -axis, 4 - axis, etc.
