Hardware hinges for the vehicle locking system

Hardware hinge units, either one single hinge part, or pair hinge as head and seat unit, are widely
applied in the locking and positioning systems, for the doors, cabinets, dump body, etc.
We've developed and exported a lot of hardware hinge units made in carbon steel, or stainless steel,
in investment lost-wax casting process.




Many of our components are used in the rear hinge assemblies for the dump body or doors of trailers,
containers, etc. The surface can be polished or zinc coated.

The hinge units belongs to the safety part for the vehicles, therefore, we take much attention to
the quality control, from the raw material, to every step of the production, the temperature of the furnace,
the humidity of the sand, time of drying of the wax model, etc. 
We're fully responsible for each part delivered out of the door of our factory, and we'll take first action
for any unexpteced problems !
