We've just developed a crossing in aluminum alloy according to the drawing from our client.
The crossing part is made in investment casting process, and it needs to be sand blasting and
machining after casting.
Generally speaking, all ferrous and non ferrous materials can be investment cast. For ferrous materials, like
carbon steel, tool steel and alloy steel along with the 300 series, 400 series, 17-4PH stainless steel alloys are
most commonly poured. For non ferrous applications, most aluminum, magnesium, copper-base
and other non ferrous materials can be cast, with aluminum as one of the most common ones.
So either the normal steel materials, or the non ferrous materials, all can be cast and machined per
the specific requirements. And we can make sure that all the self-finished and finished casting parts will be fully
inspected before delivery, and the test reports for the material and dimension will be provided too.
