Types of die casting process

Die casting process is by producing metal components under some type of pressure into a die cavity.
The usual materials are non-ferrous metals, such as zinc, copper, aluminum and magnesium, etc.






There are a number of die casting processes.
High pressure die casting is the most widely used, representing about 50% of all light alloy casting production.
Low pressure die casting currently accounts for about 20% of production and its use is increasing. 
Gravity die casting accounts for the rest, with the exception of a small but growing contribution from the recently
introduced vacuum die casting and squeeze casting process.
 
We've developed and manufactured a lot of components used for the machinery and equipments industry,
such as the motor housing, light heat sink, light housing, lock housing, lock cores, components for coffee machines,
hardware handles, aluminium caps, cap filler, aluminum hub, T- connector, Couplers for scaffolding systems, etc.
