Aluminum die casting components, inserted with the steel or brass or other material, is first to make other
part ready, then put it in the die of the aluminum part, then die cast the whole unit together. This makes the
2 parts combined into one unit, whick looks very nice and tidy, meanwhile, no influence to the usage.
The part in the display picture, is die cast from aluminium alloy, together with the inserted steel parts.
This part is used in the transmission systems. And the quality is very good.
With years' experiences of the high pressure die casting process, we've gained rich experiences
of the aluminium and zinc alloy components. And all of our products will be 100% inspected and
qualified before delivery.
