Accessories for the textile machinery and equipment

Per the specific designs and drawings, we have developed many accessories for the textile machinery and equipments.
Some big parts, like the body, cover or core, are made in sand casting process, in material of ductile iron GGG40 or 50.




Above picture shows the main body of the machinery, and the weight of this part is more than 200 kg.
There're different size of the parts according to the textile machines. And we can cast and machine all
of the parts with our advanced CNC and machining center.

We can assure that all the parts, from the raw casting to the precisely machined parts, 100% developed
per the technical requirements, and each part will be mechanically and visually inspected before delivery.

Our main market is the European developed countries, like Germany, Austria, Italy, Spain, etc, so we
acknowledge well the quality standard and the stable consistency of the quality.
