Aluminium housing in shell mold casting process

Shell mold casting is one of our main processes in the production of the aluminium alloy components, for 
the usage in many industries, such as the engine housing, electric motor housing, heat sink for heat release, components
for wind power industry, spare parts for auto or truck industry, etc.





Henan Highlywell is focused on the customizing of the die pressure casting, shell mold casting, mainly in Aluminium alloy,
such as: ADC 12, A356 T6, AlSi12, A380 etc which are more suitable for the casting process.

The normal processes include: casting, CNC machining, deburring, heat treatment or surface treatment required, like
sand blasting, powder coating, anodizing, polishing, chrome plating, etc.
