The heat resistant parts working at high temperature around 800- 1100˚c.

Heat resistant parts in high Chrome and Nickel contents, are used a lot in the steel production foundry, casting and forging
factories etc. We have developed a lot of kinds of grate bars for the steel making industry, or sintering machines. 
The available materials can be : Cr13, Cr15, Cr18, Cr20, Cr25, Cr27, Cr15Mo1, Cr18Mo1, Cr26Ni4，

Cr22Ni4, 1.4777, 1.4776, 40CrNiSi2512;  1.4823, etc.

We're the professional manufacturer for the custom-made casting parts, either in lost-foam process, or lost-wax process.
We've manufactured a lot of High Chrome heat resistant products, widely exported to the European market and United
state, and South East, India, etc.



Usually we will make the inspection of the parts and reports before the delivery, only when everything is ok,
can the delivery made. And if the parts are used in proper way or operation, a couple of years in use is of
no problem.
 
We have rich experiences in development and manufacturing the heat resistant machinery parts in different specified materials.
