Part in the below picture is one of the exhaust manifold series we've developed for VOLVO PENTA company, mainly used in the marine field, like the ship, boat, yacht, etc.
These parts are in made in low pressure die casting process, which results in the fine surfaces, accurate dimensions, low deviations,
etc, and this process is quite suitable for the strictly required parts with complicated structures or cavities.
We have experiences of developing these kinds of parts, and all of the products are checked fully before the delivery.
