Valve fitting in investment casting in stainless steel 316

Highlywell has developed different types of valve fittings or pipe fittings in stainless steel by lost-wax casting process.

The part in the below picture is one of the series we've developed, the gross weight is about 100 kg, and the material
can be stainless steel 304 or 316, or 316L.

Normally we can supply the investment casting parts, or called lost-wax casting parts, or called precision casting parts
from the weight of 0.01 kg to around 150 kg.

Automotive small parts, like the lock parts, the door handles, lock assembly earing, exhaust manifold, hinges, etc,
and the big or small valve components, flange fittings, pipe fittings, etc, all can be produced in our factory.

For small quantity orders, we use the labor modelling, or self-automatic machine to make the models, but for big quantity
orders, we use the fully automatic modelling machines, which will enhance the production efficiency dramatically.
