Process: LFC or shell molding
Features: 1. Measure the dimensions by special gauge, to keep the dimensions consistent with the drawing.
2. Testing by X-ray, to make sure the inner defect can be controlled within the standard JISG0581, class 3.
3. To make the impact test and hardness test, to make sure the impact test value no less than 2mmu2.5J/mm2,
hardness >HS40° according to the standard JISZ2242
